1. Terms & Conditions
By booking a service with Angels Mobile Auto Care LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by the terms & conditions outlined below. These terms govern the use of our mobile and in-shop detailing, tinting, and vehicle care services.
2. Appointments & Booking
Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or through our official booking platform. A valid name, phone number, service address (for mobile services), and vehicle details are required.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted service.
4. Payments
Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payments. A deposit may be required for premium services such as ceramic coatings or multi-vehicle bookings.
5. Mobile Service Access Requirements
Customers requesting mobile service must provide a safe and accessible area for our team to perform work. This includes adequate space, lighting, and access to water and electricity (if applicable). If conditions are unsafe or inaccessible, we may cancel or reschedule the appointment.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address any concerns. We do not guarantee results if the vehicle is used or exposed to weather conditions before a follow-up inspection.
7. Damage & Liability Disclaimer
We take great care during every service, but Angels Mobile Auto Care LLC is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage, defects, or fragile surfaces
- Paint issues due to prior poor repairs or oxidation
- Damage resulting from aftermarket modifications or accessories
- Lost or missing items left inside the vehicle
We may document your vehicle’s condition before beginning service. Any liability claims must be reported immediately before the technician leaves the job site.
8. Weather Conditions
In the case of bad weather, mobile appointments may be rescheduled. In-shop appointments are unaffected and will proceed as planned unless otherwise notified.
9. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or vehicle for safety, health, or other professional reasons, including but not limited to excessive soiling, hazardous conditions, or aggressive behavior.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
